Cashflow Index Calculator

Enter your debts and assets, mark each as a liability or an asset, and get a ranked report: which liabilities to eliminate first, and which assets generate the most cashflow per dollar deployed.

What is the Cashflow Index?

Most people attack debt by chasing the highest interest rate — and still feel stretched every month. The Cashflow Index flips that. Divide any balance by its monthly payment and you get one number that shows how hard that debt is squeezing your cashflow. The lower the number, the harder it’s choking you — and the faster paying it off puts real money back in your pocket, month after month. It works for assets too: a low index means each dollar you’ve deployed is pulling its weight.

Enter your numbers below and in about two minutes you’ll know exactly which debt to eliminate first and where your money works hardest. Read the full Cashflow Index guide →

Your Cashflow Index Results
Liabilities sorted by elimination priority. Assets sorted by deployment efficiency.
How to read this: Cashflow Index = Balance ÷ Monthly Payment (or Cost ÷ Monthly Income for assets). For liabilities, a low CFI means the debt drains the most cashflow per dollar — eliminate it first. For assets, a low CFI means the asset generates the most income per dollar deployed — prioritize deploying capital there. Learn how the Cashflow Index works →
