1. What We Do With Your Personal Information
Financial companies, including insurance agencies, choose how they share your personal information. Federal and state law gives you the right to limit some but not all sharing, and requires us to tell you how we collect, share and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the products and services you have with us. This information can include:
- Social Security number, date of birth and income
- Assets, business ownership, existing insurance coverage and policy values
- Beneficiary and family information
- Medical and health information needed for insurance underwriting
When you are no longer our client, we continue to protect and share your information only as described in this notice.
All financial companies need to share clients' personal information to run their everyday business. The table below lists the reasons financial companies can share their clients' personal information, the reasons Producers Wealth chooses to share, and whether you can limit this sharing.

2. Who We Are
Who is providing this notice?
Laubscher Wealth Management, LLC, doing business as Producers Wealth, a licensed insurance agency in Newtown, Pennsylvania. This notice covers clients and former clients who apply for or own insurance products through us.
3. What We Do
How does Producers Wealth protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal and state law, including a written information security program under Pennsylvania's Insurance Data Security Act. These include secure files and systems, encryption, multi-factor authentication, and access limited to team members who need it to serve you. Our service providers are required to protect your information too.
How does Producers Wealth collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Apply for life insurance or request a policy design or illustration
- Give us your income, asset or business information
- Tell us about your existing policies, accounts and beneficiaries
- Show your government-issued ID or sign application forms
We also collect your personal information from others, such as the insurance companies and lenders we work with on your behalf, the CPAs, attorneys and advisors you ask us to coordinate with, and, through the insurance companies, consumer reporting and medical information services used in underwriting.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes, meaning information about your creditworthiness
- Affiliates from using your information to market to you
- Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Producers Wealth does not share your information in any of these ways, so there is nothing you need to opt out of.
4. Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Producers Wealth has no affiliates that receive your personal information..
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control, such as the insurance companies and lenders that issue your policy or loan. Producers Wealth does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Producers Wealth does not jointly market.
5. Your Health Information
We collect medical and health information only when it is needed to apply for, underwrite or service your insurance. We never use it for marketing, and we do not disclose it without your written authorization, except as the law permits, such as to the insurance company considering your application, to process a claim, to prevent fraud or when required by law or a regulator.
6. Other Important Information
- Insurance companies. Each insurance company that issues your policy gives you its own privacy notice, which explains how it handles your information.
- Access and correction. You may ask to see the personal information we keep about you and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Send a written request and we will respond within 30 days.
- State law. Some states, including California, Vermont and Massachusetts, give residents more rights over sharing. Because we share only as allowed for everyday business purposes, our practices meet these rules for every client. If your state law gives you more protection, we follow it.
- Former clients. Your information keeps the same protection after our relationship ends.
- Changes. If our practices change, we will send you an updated notice before sharing information in any new way. You may receive this notice electronically, and you can ask for a paper copy at any time.
- Website visitors. Information collected through our websites is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
